These photographs were taken in the well known City building – No 20 Abchurch Lane, London EC4.

This was the 4th Floor which the JMA team had been recently instructed to design, fit-out and furnish for JCL Allemby Hunt, the prominent City financial recruitment specialists.

Here, JMA Managing Director Andrew Morton can be seen explaining the project details to Jonathan Rix of Burwood Capital, provider of Lease finance facilities to many JMA clients in the City and West End

This was an event of great significance for the JMA team as it was the fifth floor in the building out of a total of seven where they had been engaged by the incoming occupiers.

We still can’t work out what happened with the two that got away – but hey, 5 out of 7 ain’t bad!

Andrew Morton holds the ambition that one day he will fit-out every floor in a City building.. he’s still working on it!
