James Morton Associates was established in 2002 by its founder and current MD Andrew Morton, following years working in the City and West End wearing the ‘big company’ hat.
The strategy and mission is to offer a better value for money proposition to City & West End office occupiers than that offered by the big firms, whose higher overheads dictate a heavier cost base which can only mean one thing – higher costs to their clients!
We specialize in office relocation and refurbishment projects of between 1000 sq ft and 15,000 sq ft, where the highest standards of workmanship and professional management are required, but where value for money is also paramount.
