Rapidly expanding City recruitment specialists Human Capital identified this superb industrial-warehouse floor as being perfect for their company culture – they loved the open feel with exposed cable trays and a/c ductwork, hanging lights etc. However this posed significant challenges for the James Morton Associates’ Design and Construction team in terms of how to accommodate everyone and everything Human Capital required in the space, while retaining that raw industrial-warehouse ethic and vibe.

The JMA team rose manfully to the task and created a large and vibrant open plan desking area for the consultants, together with 2 Director’s offices, superb Reception/Holding area with feature wood-effect floor, large Boardroom and smaller Interview Rooms, plus a second open galley-style Teapoint.

The photos show how the floor has been successfully converted from warehouse into light, bright and open office space while retaining the original features and feel.

The complete new suite of furniture supplied and installed by Task Systems included the stunning new Unity benching system, Executive furniture and extensive StorageWall.
