CONTACT USEJS Partners were the first occupiers of the newly refurbished 41 Eastcheap, a prestigious location in the heart of the City’s insurance district.
They wanted to make a very positive statement to their many clients, candidates and visitors and brought in James Morton Associates to bring their vision to reality.
A beautiful, large Reception and Holding Area was created with stunning silicone-jointed glazing, feature real wood floor and full height wood-veneered doors in wooden frames leading to the Boardroom and Director’s offices. A Teapoint and Comms Room were also included in the back office area.
At the front of the floor, looking out onto Eastcheap, JMA created an open plan area for the consultants utilizing unusual 120deg desks in pods of three enabling the consultants to work in their dedicated teams. The large storage requirement was addressed with ample StorageWall, suited in wood finish to match the desking.
A full suite of new furniture was specified and supplied by JMA furniture-partner Task Systems, and a new telephone system was specified, supplied and installed by JMA telecoms-partner The Comms Company.
As a direct result of the success of the floor for EJS Partners, 2 further occupiers on other floors - SWCP and Numerix – invited the JMA team to design and fit-out their floors for them also.
